I've been looking everywhere for answers and I'm desperate now. I've been looking around the Creative site with no luck and customer service just bailed out on a me a couple weeks ago. I've had my Zen for about a year and a half.

It's been working fine until about early this year. I can't connect and sync music to it anymore. When ever I connect I get the usual 'New Hardware Found' installation wizard. It finds drivers but then it stops for some reason saying it can't install.

It connects to other computers. Since it's an MTP player and I have WMP 10 shouldn't it work no matter what? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!! In the device manager its shows up with an! And it says I need to re/install the drivers. I do that and the computer searches for the drivers.
